Meet Your Consultant
Ayşe Akan Çoban graduated from Yıldız Technical University in 2008 with a BSc in Chemical Engineering. She subsequently completed a Master's degree in Biochemistry and went on to build extensive industry experience in the field of natural products.
Between December 2010 and February 2020, she worked at Aksu Vital Natural Products, one of Türkiye's leading manufacturers of natural health products. During her tenure, she played a key role in the research, development and optimisation of natural health supplements, nutritional products and natural cosmetics.
Her responsibilities included developing innovative formulations based on traditional medicinal plants, monitoring national and international regulatory requirements, managing customer enquiries and product complaints, supporting contract manufacturing projects, participating in customer and regulatory audits, and conducting product and regulatory risk assessments for both the company and its contract manufacturing partners.
Ayşe has extensive expertise across the entire product development process, from scientific literature review and ingredient selection to formulation design, regulatory compliance, product risk assessment and post-market support.
