Maceration method is used to obtain oil in plants with low oil yield. It can be made with very different oils and at different times depending on the region. For instance flowers immersed in vegetable oil at 60–70 C will be destroyed by the effect of heat. Aroma substances are allowed to pass into the oil. Fragments of flowers left in oil removed from the environment and the remaining oil on them is applied by hydraulic pressure. It is taken and added to the oil containing flavoring substances.
